I brought my Chevy Traverse to the Five Star service department due to pulling and a “crab-walk” feeling in the rear end. Five Star diagnosed a very costly leak in the differential and drive shaft. While there were some hiccups along the way with my extended warranty company and communication all around, Five Star was able to get my vehicle back to me with all approved repairs completed, at a minimal, highly discounted cost to me, thanks to Jayson Lockett!

Five Star Chevy went above and beyond during my car-buying process. They didn't hit me with any bogus fees, in fact, they charged me exactly MSRP for my new Colorado when every other dealership I called was charging anywhere between $2,000-$5,000 over MSRP. And Matt Johnson tried to get me every rebate possible. Right in the middle of the buying process, I had an unexpected emergency with a loved one and I wasn't sure how I could make the trip from Bellingham to Aberdeen. But without question, they delivered my new truck right to me for free. That's the kind of customer service that creates lifetime customers.

Just bought a new Chevy Trailblazer. The sales person (Travis) was great. He was so helpful and had all the needed information. The sales manager and the finance department were all very nice and helpful. The whole process was comfortable. I would recommend buying a car from these guys to everyone. I would also recommend calling and asking for Travis. I have bought many cars over the years and he was great!

While on vacation passing through the Olympics my truck went into limp mode, but Brad in Service saved the day with a quick on the spot fix and got me on my way. Kudos to Brad!

Great dealer to purchase a new or used truck from we just purchased a 2016 used Silverado with 18000 miles Dan showed us many other trucks but we liked the deal with the 2016 the general manager gave a great deal on our trade in and we get oil changes for life great place thanks, Tim Cogger

We love all the employees at Five Star Chevrolet. We consistently refer all of our family friends and they always leave satisfied. We have worked With Allen Erikson at this dealership for almost 10 years. He has always treated us with a Five Star experience. Our daughter has said that she wishes Allen had the same last name as ours. We love working with everyone at this dealership and couldn't imagine working with anyone anywhere else. We want to give special recognition to Don Hill, Tim Costner, Shane Cebular, Mark Schlott and David Leslie. If you work with anyone of these guys you will not be disappointed.

What a great experience, Matt was very kind and knowledgeable on the truck we purchased. He was able to go through all of components inside the truck and show us how to use them. Shane went out of his way to provide me with excellent service on the purchase of my beautiful 2015 tahoe. He made the transactions seamless and was able to handle the negotiations for me via text, which was very convenient.
